What is Wi-Fi Cards Return Policy?
You may return most products purchased. Most items may be returned with 30 days of receiving the item. However we aren't the main seller so you must contact and/or refer to the main sellers terms for returns individually.
Requirements to get a Full Refund
More often than not these are the requirements for a full refund.
- Items must be in new condition
- Items need to be returned with all original packaging and accessories
- Media items (such as, movies, music, video games, and software) have to be unopened and still inside their plastic wrap
- Musical instruments, televisions, and consumer electronics will need to have a UPC or serial number
- Shoes and clothing have to be unworn

Heavy/Bulky Items Delivered by Specialty Carriers
If you have to return a large or bulky item which has been delivered using a specialty carrier (e.g., CEVA, ABF, Pilot), proceed to the Online Returns Center. The Returns Center will assist you throughout the returns process and may require you to contact our specialized customer care team, which may schedule the pickup of the item.
Note: Please do not refuse the delivery of your item. In order to guarantee that the return and refund are processed correctly.
Cancel Pickup Request
After the UPS pickup is requested, it's not possible to cancel that request until following first pickup attempt has been made. UPS will always make up to three pickup attempts. After the first pickup attempt, it is possible to call UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS (1-800-742-5877) to cancel future pickup attempts. Make sure to have your tracking number handy.
